How far can our squad go?

So much has happened.

Our squad isn't the best. But we are one. We aren't the most alike and similar people. We have our differences. There are 28 of us. Sometimes there will be misconceptions, fallacies, whatever. It is inevitable. What really matters is everything gets

cleared up in the end, and we still remain best of friends.

Remember the first time we joined this CCA. It was fun, exciting, thrilling. We started to know each other. We started to learn the spirit of unity. Our squad was in the making. It

was like tea, just brewing,

but it promises to be full of

flavour. We exchanged contacts, discussed about NP, talked about outings. We enjoyed it.

Look at us now. So much has changed.

Some people have been trying hard to keep the squad together. We chose our potential future coordinator. We studied for promotion tests together. We started saying stuff behind's people's backs. We adopted some attitude. These are things we never worried about as incoming cadets.

That's not all that have changed. Some lost their enthusiasm; some finally found the joy in the CCA. Some lost the love; some started loving. But when we are losing our squad mates, we felt the pain.

So it got teary, it got emotional; distressing. I apologise, to Simin. It was never meant that way. Come to think of it, maybe not only you. If anyone should be blamed, it should be all of us, including me. We all got a part to play. You did yours well. Your effort is commendable.

Visualise all that we have endured, all that we've gone through as a squad. Then think of us now.

Think of the long way we've come. It made

me sentimental. I'm sure it would do the same for you.

This has all been one big mess. I'm not sure of the cause. Differences, mistakes, unintentional or intentional, it doesn't matter. At this stage, it's not time to blame. It's time to help.

Discrepancies, intentions, whatever it may be. Is it worth it to

destroy what we have fostered in our squad over the period?

It is impossible to go back to the carefree, untroubled life we used to have. But we can still drink from the same bottle, eat from the same plate, joke and laugh loudly in restaurants, play LaserQuest together. We can do anything. All that we need,

is every squad mate.

How far can our squad go? I don't know. All I know, is that we've got to keep moving on.
