RVNP has indeed changed a lot, probably more than ever. The abolishment of corporal punishment left us dumbfounded. The new-age teenagers aren't the same anymore where you can just send them scurrying by snapping a few threats.
But we are trying. We are trying hard.
Your apology probably sounds as apologetic as you get for killing your enemy. You know it has offended us so save that malarkey for other idiots.

NPCC: The spirit still there? With so many people, even the ncos ponning cca? Ever since your took over, the enthu-ness level among the squads went down drastically!
We are trying, what makes you think we aren't. We try to make the lessons interesting for our cadets. We try to put in our all in every activity. You come along brazenly and say " Can the ncos just do sth to make the unit better?" It's not just something we are doing; it's our best we are doing.
Some of us do miss activities on purpose. We, as NCOs, indeed should not be doing so. For some of us, the passion is lost. We can't blame them, we don't control their thoughts. We encourage our squad mates, but sometimes it's not enough. For this, we are truly sorry.
But for the rest of us, the flame still burns on strongly. You can't question that.
You can't question our passion. You can't question the whole unit's spirit. You can't question the efficiency of our reign. You are not fit.
What do you know about the whole unit? What do you know about anything we have done? It's just plain inconsiderate of you to slam a few of your viewpoints in our faces. You don't have the right to scorn at us.
Using NPCC as your pseudonym probably makes you think you are for a noble cause. You are just shameful. You are nothing; unidentified. You can't just step in and steal everything from us. You can't just emasculate our passion with a few unthinking comments on your part.
We don't need your two cents' worth.
Bonded as a squad, Giving our best. We won't get uptight just because of some 'NPCC' character.
